The ETS is the silent killer, but when you hear the blood in your ears, could be a sign, a color on the face or neck.

there are none. Hypertension is known as a silent killer because it has no early warning symptoms.

The reason is, as a "silent killer" is not really "early" warning signs. If any evidence is far from "principles". Your best bet is to recognize your blood pressure regularly ... especially if the blood pressure in your family.

I used to have very low blood pressure .. throughout my 20s and 30s ... But in my mid-40s, my blood pressure began to rise. I think not really feel different, but regular visits to the doctor, the doctor was alerted by my blood pressure. I started monitoring it myself at different times of the day ... sometimes weeks, sometimes days off ... and yes, my blood pressure was Waay high.

My doctor has me on medication for high blood pressure and my blood pressure is now normal. I do not feel different than at BP was high and out of control ... I only know that Healthwise, I'm better off taking the medication and continue to cook under control because high BP can cause fatal heart attacks and strokes.
